Infused Hummus

Chickpeas are amongst the best legumes, and this is among the best recipes you can prepare with them, classic from the excellent old Middle Eastern cuisine . Generally, I'm a big fan of Middle Eastern food , but for whatever reason This Recipe Makes you High And Full , and I always keep some Fresh batch of Hummus inside my Refrigerator , to use as a dip or a spread. You can make hummus without tahini; it will be a little looser and less complex tasting but still good.
