Generally, I'm a big fan of Middle Eastern food , but for whatever reason This Recipe Makes you High And Full , and I always keep some Fresh batch of Hummus inside my Refrigerator , to use as a dip or a spread. You can make hummus without tahini; it will be a little looser and less complex tasting but still good.
Ingredients For Hummus
1/2 pound of drained well-cooked or canned chickpeas, liquid reserved
1/2 cup tahini (sesame paste), optional, with some of its oil
1/4 oz infused Cannabis olive oil, plus oil for drizzling
2 cloves garlic, peeled, or to taste
Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
1 tablespoon ground cumin And paprika mixed, or to taste, plus a sprinkling for garnish
Juice of 1/2 lemon, plus more as needed
Chopped fresh parsley leaves for garnish
sesami or sunflower seeds

Step 1. Put everything except the parsley And The Infused cannabis oil in a food processor and begin to process; add 1/4 cup water Or as needed to allow the machine to produce a smooth puree, Add the Infused Cannabis oil in the smooth puree And mix it all tougher.
Step 2. Taste and adjust the seasoning (I adding more garlic and lemon juice for stronger flavors).
Step 3. Serve, Mix lemon juice garlic cumin paprika and sea salt in a mixing bull. drizzled the mixed lemon juice on top of the Hummus with the infused cannabis olive oil and sprinkled with a bit more cumin paprika and some parsley.
